Fra 105 F til 32 F

I New Orelans hadde vi herlige 105 F, kjapt regnet (105minus32deltpaa9gange5, takk pappa) blir det 40,55 grader. I går derimot krøp gradestokken ned mot 32 F som er 0 grader! Fra Las Vegas kjørte vi gjennom ørkenen i sprutregn. Det regnet og regnet og regnet i flere timer og det ble kaldere og kaldere. Vi skulle egentlig stoppe i Bishop, men der var ikke plass i herberget så vi kjørte videre til Mammoth Lake, en søt liten høyfjellsby ala Oppdal. Der var det 7 grader og vi var passe malplasserte med shorts og flip-flopper. Dagen etter kjørte vi gjennom Yosemite nasjonalpark med flott natur og høye fjell. Det begynte å regne igjen, og regnet ble til snø. Vi har kastet årets første snøball! Nå har vi kommet oss til San Fransisco. Vi havnet i et veldig dodgy strøk så etter en natt har vi sagt takk for oss på Pontiac Hostel Hotel og booket oss inn på kjente og kjaere Motel 6 i stedet. I går kveld var det Saturday Night Football så vi gikk på en bar og drakk øl og så kamp, baren var så hyggelig at vi ble der til det stengte. Til opplysning finnes det ikke noen drink her som heter San Fransisco. Tord: Vi fant Redwood Inn, men da hadde vi allerede booket Motel 6. Fikk derimot kjørt den morsomme veien du anbefalte!
