Etter á ha besøkt firkantfolket i Andesfjellene og kjent litt kulde pá kroppen, har vi kommet oss til lavlandet igjen etter 30 timer pá reisefot. Vi brukte 12 herlige timer pá Lima International Airport, som blant annet huser én eneste restaurant, to souvernirbutikker samt en røykesalong. Men etter langt om lenge, har vi endelig kommet oss til varme! Rio holder 30 grader om dagen og vannet utenfor Ipanema beach er godt og varmt.
Her er alle netter tropenetter (i hvert fall etter norsk standard) og idag drar vi ut og tester byens partyscene. Favela Funk Party skal trekke 3.000 mennesker, og vi har planer om á vaere to av de tre tusen.

Vi har hatt en finfin uke i Rio. Vært inne i Brasils største favela idag (130.000 mennesker som bor der) og hatt oppimot 40 grader pá det varmeste. Gleder meg til julaften med dere alle sammen.
